How to receive the LIMARC LOG via e-mail
If you wish to receive The LIMARC LOG via e-mail and you are a LIMARC member in good standing, please print this page, READ the following waiver, fill in the appropriate information and, mail it (envelope and stamp) to LIMARC's secretary as indicated at the bottom.
Please note that e-mail submissions of this form are not acceptable.
Waiver of written notice of annual, general and special meetings of LIMARC & "LOG" for the year present year on condition of transmission of said notice & "LOG" by electronic mail. To the Secretary, Long Island Mobile Amateur Radio Club, Inc. Pursuant to the LIMARC Bylaws, and the rules and regulations of the Executive Board, the undersigned hereby waives the right to receive written notices of all annual, general and special meetings of LIMARC, and The LIMARC "LOG," during 2003 & 2004, on the express condition that the said notices and "LOG" shall be transmitted to the undersigned by electronic mail to the address provided below. This waiver is made freely, knowing that the right to receive meeting notice and the "LOG" are important rights and privileges of LIMARC membership. This waiver is made at the convenience and preference of the undersigned to receive such notice and "LOG" by electronic mail. The undersigned understands that changes in electronic mail addresses must be reported to the LIMARC Secretary in order to maintain electronic mail service.
